Cancellations

Due to our limited space, a 50% deposit is required for your stay.  Cancellations to reservations must be made no later than 7 days prior to arrival to receive a refund of the deposit and are subject to a $20 cancellation fee.

Children

Due to the immediate access of the pool area we ask that parents leave there little ones at home. 

Occupancy

Rooms are based on double occupancy and we are not equipped to have more than two guests per room at this time. 

Check-in time runs from 4 p.m. – 6 p.m.

Check out time is 12 p.m.

Smoking

Per Arizona law, smoking is not permitted inside hotels or bed and breakfasts.  Designated smoking areas are available outside.  Please ask at check-in for smoking locations.  We ask if you smoke please put completely extinguish your cigarette and dispose of it in the supplied receptacle. 

Alcohol

Guests are welcome to consume alcohol in accordance to Arizona law on the premises.  This means that any guest consuming alcoholic beverages must be over 21 and not consume to the point of belligerence.  In rare cases we may exercise the right to remove a guest from the premises if their behavior is crude, obnoxious or offensive to other guests or the innkeepers.  In short, you should feel free to relax but please keep in control. 

Pool Use

The pool is open till the wee hours of the evening.  Because of this please be respectful when using the pool.  Quiet voices are always nice at night, especially as the stars really start to come out.  Glass is not permitted in the pool area and it is recommended that you do not drink excessively and use the pool.  Guests assume full responsibility and liability for their own actions in and around the pool area.  Water from the pool may splash and cause the pool deck to become wet.  Please no running, diving or excessive splashing in the pool area.
